Iranian feature ‘Hit the Road’ has made its way to the Sydney Film Festival (SFF) in Australia.
‘Hit the Road’ will be screened in the Features section of the event.
‘The feature is about “a chaotic family that sets off on a road trip which will change their lives forever”, according to a synopsis for the film.
Earlier reports said ‘A Hero’ by Iranian director Asghar Farhadi will also take part in the SFF.
Sydney Film Festival was postponed twice this year due to the coronavirus pandemic, but it will open as re-scheduled next month.
The SFF is a leading international film festival in Australia.
The festival’s program “celebrates the best of world cinema, screening features, documentaries, short films”, an online submission platform writes.
The 2021 edition of the event will run from November 3 to November 14.
